| Profiles
- We have the ability to manufacture
difficult profiles to close tolerances. Tube - From 0.4mm id to 95mm id. Wall thickness from 0.2mm. Cord - Fine tolerance for 0.5mm outside diameter. Joined Seals and Gaskets - We have developed and perfected our own unique bonding system which gives superior results on butt and mitred joints. Press Cut Gaskets - from very simple to quite complex shapes - from 1 to 10,000. Cut Sleeves and Washers - We produce millions of these products for applications ranging from paint masking to cable insulation. Reinforced Hose - Our own in house braided polyester reinforced silicone hose for pharmaceutical or commercial use. FDA approved materials. Mouldings - Small to medium batch precision moulding in silicone or other rubbers. Sheeting - We can supply sheets up to 1200mm wide in a variety of grades and colours. Sheet and extrusion can also be supplied with an adhesive backing. |

Popular Material Grades General Purpose grades 20 - 90 shore hard. FDA177.2600 and WRC approved for food and pharmaceutical use. Temperature range - 80°C to +200°C. BS6853 Cat 1 & 2 for fire sensitive applications that require low smoke and low toxicity levels. High Temperature grades stable to 315°C High Tear Strength suitable for peristaltic pumps. Low Compression Set for seals that need good return following extended periods of deforming. |
